Great experience! We were visiting New Orleans to get married, and there was a mishap at the hotel with my dress and it ended up really wrinkled. The lady helped us and was so nice and helpful to us while we were there. If I ever need to do laundry when we go back, that’s the place we’ll go!

Well vacationing in New Orleans I ended up extending my stay and ran out of clean clothes. Found this little gem online. Nice clean establishment and the owner is super nice and funny. She offered same day service and everything turned out great! Just look at the pic, not even your mom or grandma ever put ribbon on your finished clean clothes.

We called a few days ahead of our arrival, Dinah was our first contact in New Orleans. Finally arrived and met Dinah face to face. What a lovely way to start our New Orleans visit!!! She is such a delight, and true to her word that she would have the laundry ready. The place is clean, and stocked. She asked what detergent we preferred etc. The pick up was easy and so well organized, if i had time I wanted to ask how to fold the clothing to save space in the luggage! Thank you Dinah, would highly recommend Suds dem duds (love the name) for travelers!!!!

Took my clothes here to wash and dry while on holiday. Dryers and washers work great. Well priced and excellent service from Dinah Just be sure to arrive before 2:30pm if you plan on washing yourself as it may take up to an hour and a half to complete the process

The best Laundromat! The lady that runs it is so helpful and friendly. The shop and machines are clean. Free detergent and great prices. Highly recommend.

very convenient location, welcoming staff, machine for if you need quarters, and neat lil collage art wall of things that (presumably) people have left behind :)

I came in today to wash laundry with my little boy and ended up having one of the warmest, most genuine experiences I’ve ever had in a laundromat. The owner was incredibly kind from the moment we walked in. I had my hands full, and she didn’t hesitate for a second — helped me carry things, got us settled, and made sure we felt taken care of. She put on some 90s rock for my kid, and he was vibing, smiling, and dancing while we waited. That alone made my whole day. We talked about life, music, and even her son’s band — she was kind enough to give me one of their CDs. Just a real, authentic human being. She told me she’s been running this place for 10 years and plans to retire in a year, and you can see how much love she’s poured into it. Clean, welcoming, and run with heart — you can’t ask for more than that. If you’re anywhere nearby, do your laundry here. It’s rare to leave a laundromat feeling lighter in more ways than one. We’ll absolutely be back.

If you’re in New Orleans and need to do laundry, this place is an absolute gem. From the moment we walked in, the lady who runs it made us feel completely welcome. She was genuinely kind, attentive, and clearly takes pride in what she does. The laundromat is clean, the machines work great, and the whole atmosphere feels warm and personal — not just transactional. What really stood out was the care she puts into the service. When she returned our laundry, it came beautifully folded inside a bag tied with a little bow, like a gift. Such a thoughtful touch and totally unexpected. It’s rare to find this level of kindness and attention to detail. Highly recommend — we would absolutely come back.

I was very happy with the Service I received, till I got back to my Hotel and noticed my brand new Denims were missing. After contacting the owner, she offered to go to her Shop on a Sunday, to see if they were there. She actually delivered them for me at my Hotel. This service is out of this world.
